The reverse osmosis treatment water plants are
used both for the desalination of waters having elevated ways of salts dissolved
as the brackish waters and for the water of the sea.
The reverse osmosis plants allows besides the
removal of odours, tastes and of traces of phosphates, kick and heavy metals, as
well as radioactive materials and of almost all the polluting molecules.
The reverse osmosis plants are furnished for the flow rate requested and they are made with materials exempt from corrosions.
The plants normally foresee the following phases of treatment:
- Disinfection
- Dosing of chemicals antiscale and chlorine reduction
- Measure of the pressure incoming
- Measure of the flow rate incoming
- Filtering
- Adsorbtion on activated carbons
- Reverse osmosis with a salty reduction among 98 and 99%.
- Measure of the flow rate of the produced water
- Measure of the conductibility outgoing
- Measure of the pH in exit
- Correction of the pH
- Final sterilization by Violet Ultra rays
The plants normally foresee besides the
followings acoustic and visual alarms:
- Low pressure in entry
- Low pressure in exit
- High conductibility in exit
