Our company designs and manufactures automatic dosing of powders (polielectrolytes, bacteria freeze-dried, neutralizing, conditioning, etc.) standard 1 - 2-3 m3, and upon request for every need.
The automatic dosing units include a power supply line of dissolution with
pressure regulator, solenoid valve and flowmeter interception for measuring the
flow of water entering a tank airtight for the storage of powders, a dose with
cochlea anti condensation resistance, a vertical axis electro stirrer, a device
for microbubble injection, a pump for recirculation, a recirculation line and
flow with flowmeter for measuring flow in output, a device-level probes for the
piloting of the equipment, an electrical board for protection and control that
has programmable PLC.
The dosing units are usually made entirely of stainless steel.
