CHEMICAL FISICAL TREATMENT PLANT
The prefabricated chemical and physical treatment plant previews the destabilization, the flocculation and the precipitation of the adsorbed polluting substances in mud ribbons
The system is normally complete of the following treatments:
- raising of the waste in a constant flow;
- preparation, accumulating and dosering of the reagents;
- destabilization, flocculation and sedimentation in river basin arranged supplied of two electro agitator to vertical axis by differentiate turns;
- pressurizing of the water with pump horizontal centrifuge;
- filtration on sand in filter to pressure supplied of valves for periodic regeneration of the leaking bed;
- adsorption on active coal in filter to pressure supplied of valves for periodic regeneration of the adsorbing bed;
- clearing of the mud of exceed;
- dehydration of the mud to bags type DRY-TEX®;
- recirculation to mount of the dehydration water.
The dimensioning is normally carried out in order to obtain treated water having characteristic wide within the limits previewed from the italian laws.
