OIL REMOVAL PLANTS
The oil removal plants for fuels, mineral and non-emulsionized vegetable oils, are used for the treatment of the sewage produced by activities such as mechanical and machine shops, car washes, fuel deposits and pumps, discarding plants, car parking sites, heliports, airports, restaurants, soup kitchens, etc.
The oil removal plants are normally a compact basin to be covered with earth and are equipped with a trap door for the maintenance.
The dimensioning has been made to obtain purified water which has characteristics well below the strict Italian law limits.
Oil can be collected directly in small provisional containers to be poured off into the standard ones conveyance to the Exhaust Oils Consortium.
The automatic discharge model is equipped with:
- a submersible electro pump for automatic discharge of mud and settled sludge;
- a DRY-TEX® plant for drying mud by bags;
- a watertight electric board with programmable timer.
With micronized oils obtained by high pressure and high temperature we suggest adding a coalescence filter with extraction slides.
The plants are entirely stainless steel made.
