MUD DEHYDRATION DRYTEX® SYSTEM

The final treatment of mud resulting from the waste water treatment plant of re-cycling civil and industrial waters, consists of a process which can be carried into effect with centrifugal machines, filter presses, continuous belt filters, etc., adequate auxiliary structures and further manipulations for the final discharge carriage.

In case of mud not high in quantity the DRYTEX® system of Azienda Italiana Depuratori, contemplates automatic and direct sacking of mud in filtering and disposable sacks of polypropylene unclog able fabric with resistance to acids or bases.

At the end of this process, the mud is highly dehydrated and can easily be transported with normal motor-vehicles.

This system assures an initial dehydration at 25 ÷ 30% of dryness and, in sacks set in piles, a final dry content of 80%.

With the DRYTEX® system, for example, a cubic meter of mud with an initial dry content of 4% undergoes a decrease of up to 50 liters, i.e. the twentieth part of the initial volume.

The dehydration plant is equipped with a distribution pipe, spherical valves to lock the bags, stokeholes, stainless steel belts to fix the bags, bag hanging hot galvanized grid, filtered water recovering basin, retaining structure, seal valves.

The plants are entirely stainless steel made.
