BIO® - BIO-VAR® SYSTEM
The series BIO® and BIO-VAR® is based on pre-fabricated single-block systems of simple installation and extreme reliability.
The perfect waste water treatment plant of all the sewage of civil origin is assured by the experimented technology of total oxidization by activated muds.
The resulting purified water has characteristics complying of with standards of laws in force, and can be reused for irrigation.
The series BIO-VAR® has been designed for a wide range of consumers, and so is suitable for seasonal tourist resorts and for holiday homes.
The plants include the following stages of the treatment:
- Grating retains coarse materials like rags, plastic etc. The retained material periodically dumped to final stage of dripping drying, shall be finally disposed with urban rubbish.
- Oxidization which allows the blend to be aerated in the best aerobic conditions.
- Sedimentation obtained using optimum times of permanence which allow the active mud settling and its continuous recycling.
- Mud discharging which takes out the biodegradable materials from the plant.
- Mud thickening for its final disposal or use as fertilizer.
The plant is equipped with a compact basin with a hot galvanized grid, an electro blower (lateral canals), one or more oxygenation disks with fine bubbles, a compressed air collector, one or more block stocking ramps, three air lifts for active mud recycling, floating foams recycling , and excess mud discharging, three flow regulation valves, a mud discharging driver electro valve, some quantity of biological active carbon (for BIO-VAR®), a watertight electric board, a door stop switch, setting function switches, fusible plugs, plug carriers, electric contactors, thermo switches, transformer 380/220/24 V, spy lamps, PLC (for BIO-VAR®) or programmable timers.
The dimensioning has been made to obtain purified water which has characteristics well below the strict Italian law limits.
The plants are entirely builded by stainless steel.
